LAI Group are seeking a Civil Construction Coordinator to join our newly created division in Adelaide (Ferryden Park) with our civil department. We would like team members who are excited about the opportunity to build a stable, rewarding, and lucrative career with us.
Schedule
Full-time
A 38-hour week (Monday – Friday + reasonable overtime).
Wage (Negotiable - Experience, knowledge, and ability will be taken into consideration).
The Position
The Civil Construction Coordinator will be overlooking and providing hands-on experience with specific LAI Group civil projects. Predominantly working out in Direk SA, this position will see the appropriate candidate provide support and education to management on all things civil to provide a high-quality result.
Key Responsibilities
- Partake in machine operating (e.g., skid steer, excavator);
- Conduct truck operations;
- Experience with preparing and conducting a subdivision;
- Partake in base preparation for different shapes and sizes;
- Can safely and confidently conduct demolition activities; and
- Partake general labour activities as required.
The Candidate
The appropriate candidate will require following certificates and licences;
- Excavator;
- Roller;
- Bobcat;
- White Card;
- Drivers Licence;
- HR Licence;
- High Risk Licences (Boom Lift/Forklift); and
- Scissor Lift.
