To support the continued growth and success of their HVAC Division, their is an opportunity for an Service Administrator to join the team. This is an exciting new career opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic administrator, seeking to join the construction industry with a company offering long term career opportunity.
Service Administrator
Join the growing HVAC team, based in Brisbane's Inner Northern Suburbs, with parking available on site. Work closely with the HVAC service and projects team to provide administrative assistance and support.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support to HVAC projects and service team
- Data entry, updating of employee documents & company records
- Process and review technician reports
- Answering phones and liaising with customers
- Maintain integrated management system
- General administrative tasks as required
- Co-ordinate technicians & their workloads
- Raising purchase orders & monitor multi inbox emails

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential for your success in this role, you will also demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

- Previous experience within similiar role
- Experience using SimPro or Uptick - highly regarded
- Confidence working onsite, and communicating with clients and staff at all levels in a clear and concise manner
- Process driven, professional attitude and strong work ethic
