Are you a highly organised and tech-savvy individual with a knack for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Facilities & ICT Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.
In this newly created, diverse and hands-on role, you’ll have one direct report and coordinate the smooth operation of our ICT systems, document control, property and fleet management, and office equipment. Reporting to the Group Admin Manager, you’ll help ensure our facilities, technology, and processes are secure, compliant, and running at their best.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate ICT systems, including networks, hardware, software, and mobile devices
• Maintain document management systems and support access through SharePoint and Teams
• Manage property maintenance, leases, utilities, and staff amenities
• Oversee fleet coordination including vehicle maintenance, registration, and fuel systems
• Ensure availability and procurement of office equipment, PPE, uniforms, and supplies
• Support administration functions including procurement, reporting, and project assistance
• Collaborate across departments to ensure effective operations and excellent customer service
What You’ll Bring:
• Tertiary qualifications in business administration or similar role related area
• Previous experience in a similar position, including supervising at least one team member
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Confidence working across technology platforms, applications and systems
• Great communication and relationship-building abilities
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
• A team player attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively across other departments
• Commitment to workplace safety, ethical conduct, and continuous improvement
