The Opportunity…
We have a rare opportunity for a seasoned Estimating Manager to lead and shape the estimating functions within our South-east Queensland water business. We are seeking a skilled professional to provide strategic direction, drive operational excellence, ensure alignment across programs and drive the successful delivery of projects across the region.
What you will be doing…
Expertise in estimating will be crucial in guiding critical decision-making and driving tangible improvements in time, cost, and quality outcomes. The ability to manage complex technical details, navigate commercial contracts, and uphold governance and compliance standards will be pivotal to success. Deep market knowledge will play a key role in delivering consistent, cost-effective solutions. As a leader, you will foster a culture of excellence, mentoring emerging talent, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders to secure long-term success.

What you will bring…
- Demonstrated experience in Civil Estimator capacity within the construction industry (water industry experience highly advantageous).
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate and influence business decisions whilst strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and team members.
- Experience interpreting and applying technical, contractual conditions applicable to tender development, submission and solutions.
- Proven track record in managing, mentoring and developing emerging talent, fostering a high-performing team and building team capability for future success.
