DescriptionWe are looking for a meticulous and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Accurately process payroll for all employees
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring data accuracy.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit end of month payments and reports.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Processing new starters, terminations, and employment changes.
Skills and experience:
- At least 3 years of dedicated full function payroll experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience using ADP Payforce/Kronos/Oracle HCM highly desirable
- An understanding of employment legislation and enterprise agreements
- High level numeracy skills
- Ability to analyse data and problem solve
- Strong customer service skills
