Location: Gold Coast, QLD
Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 + Superannuation

Our client is a private developer and home builder, employing 30 people across both business sectors. With over 145 years of collective experience, their vision is to design and develop beautiful communities with a classic touch.
About the role:
Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in land development.
• Prepare and present feasibility studies, project proposals, and financial models to senior management.
• Coordinate with planning, legal, and environmental teams to navigate regulatory processes.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful delivery of development projects.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in property development
• Proven track record of managing land development projects from inception to completion.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience working with a range of stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Knowledge of zoning laws, land use regulations, and environmental considerations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
