The company now have opening for a HSE Coordinator to join their highly experienced Perth WA construction team

About the role

Overseeing the operations of the Safety Quality Management System , including ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. This role will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing maintenance and improvement of Integrated Management System (IMS) and maintaining our ISO accreditation.
  • Maintain and improve the Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Management Systems (HSEQ) in line with ISO45001, ISO14001, and ISO9001 standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee the internal audit schedule
  • Collaborate with different facets of the business monitor and ensure compliance with relevant legislation in HR, Safety, and Quality, and update policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Oversee HR and HSEQ system platforms and associated processes, ensuring compliance
  • Review, amend and develop policies and procedures as and when required.
About You
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position within Commercial Construction
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Diploma in Quality Auditing or equivalent qualification.
  • Certification in IV Health and Safety
  • Auditor qualification for External or Internal Audits.
  • knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO accreditation standards.
  • Experience in document writing, document control, formatting, standardisation skills required
  • This role would ideally suit someone who has had a background in QA/QC or HSEQ Systems role with a Cert IV
