Make an impact at Serco
As an Equipment Officer at Fiona Stanley Hospital, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring hospital equipment is well-maintained, readily available, and efficiently managed. Working within the Property & Equipment team, you’ll help keep vital hospital resources in optimal condition, supporting high-quality patient care.
As an Equipment Officer, you’ll make a positive impact by:
• Managing and updating the FF&E equipment library catalogue
• Ensuring all equipment has fully operational RTLS tags for tracking
• Conducting quality checks on equipment and managing any repairs
• Keeping the equipment storage areas, safe, and well-organised
• Tracking and locating equipment requested by clinical staff
• Assisting in onboarding new equipment, ensuring it is tagged and tested

• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer literacy for equipment tracking and updates
• Previous administration experience
• Experience in a hospital environment or similar setting
