If you are highly organised and efficient then we want to hear from you. You will be responsible for auditing and compliance of aircraft records, ensuring all records comply with industry standard, and working closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of records.
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate documentation that supports operational efficiency, compliance, and decision making.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Carry out company policy as directed.
- Technical Records system improvement in liaison with Maintenance Controller/ HAAMC.
- Maintenance programme updates as directed by Airworthiness.
- Component induction/receipting into RAMCO – loading tech record requirements.
- Aircraft induction/receipting to RAMCO system.
- Auditing compliance of aircraft records.
- Assisting with Engineering Order Management in RAMCO.
- Ensure zero-time compliance (ie, no over-dues).
- Assisting engineers with technical administrative support.
- Project and Procedure development as directed.
- Duties as required to maintain coverage in support of bases (this may require weekend support from time to time).
- Maintaining of Aircraft record Archival filing.
- Monthly reporting requirements, A/C Lease companies.
- Quarterly status reports for regulators.
- Distribution and amendment of Company and OEM manuals and publications
- Update all records relating to SharePoint for Technical (Airworthiness and Engineering)
- Assist with subscriptions
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good general office skills including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Have worked in Maintenance Control/Technical records support function (Desirable).
- Aviation experience preferred but not essential.
