The Role:
We are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to assist the Customer Service Manager. In this role, you will collaborate with our team to implement and uphold standards and processes, fostering a culture of excellence. (This role is suitable for a candidate seeking career progression which is a step up from entry level customer service role).
Qualifications & Experience:
- High level of experience with MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Service or similar role
- Confident and articulate communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to completing tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient with ERP systems (Pronto experience highly regarded)
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the maintenance of our high level of service to customers.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries and customer orders promptly.
- Strategize and monitor daily activities of customer service operations.
- Assist customer service staff with duties as needed.
- Provide training to staff on customer service protocols and company policies.
- Investigate and resolve customer service complaints.
- Perform additional duties as required.
