- Proactively identify and engage new corporate clients, focusing on senior business leaders and HR departments
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Present tailored event solutions that align with client objectives and business needs
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales records and reporting using CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally targeting senior decision-makers within corporate entities
- A track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans with minimal supervision
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a professional approach
- Experience selling solutions to corporate HR, L&D teams, or senior executives is highly regarded
- A background in events, conferences, or professional services is advantageous but not essential
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple sales cycles
