Location: SodaStream Australia Head Office – Knoxfield, VIC
Purpose of the position
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Sr. Coordinator HR will support the organisation by providing true generalist support in an administrative capacity.
This role will work closely with key stakeholders to coordinate various HR activities and initiatives, including but not limited to- trainings, local events, liaising with the outsourced payroll processing agency, HRIS data maintenance and management.
This role will be crucial in proactively identifying process gaps and assisting the Head of HR in driving continuous improvements within SodaStream Australia.
Responsibilities And Duties
Maintaining and managing the SodaStream HRIS data base including conducting periodic analysis and reporting. Maintaining and managing the SodaStream ATS data base including conducting periodic analysis and reporting. Coordinating end-to-end recruitment and selection activities- inclusive of but not limited to drafting and placing job ads, conducting phone screening of applicants, coordinating interviews, conducting reference and other pre-employment checks, and assisting with the onboarding/induction process. Employee file and other HR record management. Updating, and managing position descriptions, master files and master register as required. Updating company policies and procedures in accordance with current legislation and company guidelines. Assisting with the execution of the employee engagement program and other HR initiatives. Planning and executing HR events; workplace celebrations/functions, training programs, workshops etc. Managing the training records, calendar and associated documents. Assisting with the management of training records and coordination of various training programs as required. Address or escalate (as relevant) all HR queries in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. Assist with OH&S Management; work health safety policy & procedure, workers compensation claims, workplace injury management and return to work processes. Be the main liaison for the outsourced payroll processing agency and other departments regarding payroll reporting. Actively participate and assist with any global HR projects as required. Any other duties as required.

Skills Required
At least 2 years’ experience in a HR Coordinator/administration role with relevant qualifications.Previous experience of working in a warehouse or production environment is highly desirablePrevious payroll processing and OHS knowledge will be highly desirablePrevious recruitment experience is highly desirable
