Kenmore restaurant looking for a new team member to lead the Front of House team. A family run restaurant seating up to 160 covers, with a seperate function space and off-site catering options.
You will be required to manage and train the team in good work practices in line with our policies and procedures already in place for the restaurant, manage time off, rostering and meeting the KPI targets around wage costs from rostering team members, team training, and the smooth running of the restaurant operations.
Opportunities to work with our sommeliers and chefs to redesign wine lists, drinks options, and design special events that we can put on at the venue, and off-site.
With a high standard in food and service, you will be responsible for leading the team, working closely with the chefs and cooks, and esnuring that our consistent quality and service is delivered throughout our different service periods.
With a flexible roster across 7 days a week, closed all Public Holidays and generally quieter over Holiday periods, we also close the restaurant down over Christmas & New Years for a family break, so would suit someone with experience in running hospitality businesses.
This role will require 4-5 years previous experience running medium to large restaurants, experience in table service and functions.
