Our Brisbane team is currently looking for an experienced recruitment or scheduling specialist (ideally with some Aged Care experience - although not essential) looking to take the next positive step in their career.
The Role
- Identify and analyse new recruitment opportunities.
- Adopt successful recruitment practices to match client needs
- Effectively interview, and onboard staff
- Allocate staff into shift requests from clients
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff and clients
- Perform a wide range of administrative tasks
Skills & Experience Required:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Intermediate MS Office skills and IT proficiency.
- Effective time management and organisational skills to focus on and achieve targets.
- Experience liaising with clients to understand their staffing requirements.
- Ability to identify and resolve staffing issues or concerns in a timely manner.
