We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our dynamic team in Macquarie Park on a 4-days-on-site basis. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely end to end, weekly payroll processing while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end payroll processing, handling high-volume payrolls (2000+ employees)
- Ensuring compliance with Enterprise Agreements (EAs) and Awards
- Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data in Chris21
- Managing employee payroll queries with a strong customer service focus
- Performing reconciliations and payroll reporting
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within payroll processes
Requirements:
- Demonstrated payroll experience within a large, EA based, multi-site business
- Exposure to processing high volume, complex payrolls
- Knowledge of and experience with Chris21, Kronos and MS Office Suite is essential
- Has knowledge of, or experience with, processing payrolls and pay runs for national, multi-site business, for wages employees.
- Experience with diverse business lines, complex EA arrangements and high volume, fast paced payrolls.
