Responsibilities:
- Lead the accurate entry and management of rental agreements, customer, and supplier invoicing.
- Drive daily hire tracking, follow-ups, and off-hire requests, collaborating with customers and sales representatives.
- Deliver exceptional service by managing customer damages and resolving queries efficiently.
- Provide support to walk-in customers and assist sales representatives in the field.
- Coordinate transport requests with precision, ensuring timely execution.
- Maintain organized records, manage filing, and process cash sales.
- Assist the Rental Coordinator to ensure smooth operations and efficiency.
- Cert II or III in Business Administration (preferred).
- Hire industry experience (desirable, but not required).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivation with the ability to drive results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 5 weeks annual leave
