Position Overview:
We are currently searching for a driven and detail-oriented Project Consultant to join our Sales team.
Working closely with our Lead Coordinators, you will play an essential role tracking and nurturing project opportunities through the construction tendering phase and winning the final sale.
This position requires strong relationship building skills, taking a proactive approach, and attention-to-detail in getting the project across the line and set up for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Projects – managing an assigned portfolio of projects with proactive engagement of key stakeholders at various stages of project lifecycle.
• Maintain daily activity levels in line with our sales process.
• Customer Experience – Developing strong relationships with builders and installers
• Technical knowledge – develop a board knowledge of our products and design service options and be able to clearly articulate these to all key stakeholders.
• Administration – Meticulously record customer interactions and project information details into the CRM database. Manage inbound and outbound calls and meet measured daily KPIs.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Strong desire to win as a team
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in CRM data software (e.g. Hubspot and Salesforce) and MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and standards.
• Tenacious attention to detail
