About the role

Reporting to the Director of Supply Technology and Innovation, this role willsupport the scoping, execution, governance, and change management of major Supply Technology & Innovation initiatives. It will ensure projects are well-structured, effectively managed, and drive sustainable adoption by embedding change management practices across project or initiative lifecycles. This includes assessing change impact up front, providing change support during a project, and measuring and reporting adoption.

In addition, it will will champion optimal use of new and existing technology including AI and automation, simpler and smarter ways of working and help to build change capability across Supply in a fast-evolving climate.

  • Provide oversight of project and change management activities for Supply Technology & Innovation initiatives, ensuring robust strategy, scoping, design, governance and tracking.
  • Deliver hands-on change management support to ensure successful adoption of new technology and ways of working.
  • Track and report on project/initiative progress, risks, interdependencies, budget and timelines, escalating where required.
  • Engage with stakeholders across Supply, and other TWE divisions as necessary, to understand and mitigate pain points related to technology and innovation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clear communication and alignment around new systems and process changes.
  • Advocate for faster, simpler ways to work, leveraging new technology including AI and automation.
  • Support the identification and rollout of technology that drives efficiency and business improvement.

About you

With experience in FMCG, Beverages or Manufacturing sector you will have proven change management experience in technology and business transformation, including ability to scope, structure and manage complex business change initiatives

  • Experience developing and delivering engaging communications and training
  • Proven project management & analytical capabilities
  • Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) and disciplines / processes
  • Proven commercial acumen in managing project budgets
  • Tertiary degree in analytical discipline (e.g. Science, Engineering, Commerce etc)
  • Change management qualification preferred (e.g. Prosci)
