Centre Director - PrestonsOur client is a brand new childcare centre located in the Prestons area. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead and manage this BRAND NEW service. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations and driving strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families and children
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to support growth and success
- Lead training and promote professional growth
- Manage the day to day operations of the Centre in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
- Valid Working with Children Check
- An excellent understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- In-depth knowledge of centre operations and regulatory awareness
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Excellent mentoring and leadership skills
- A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
- Strong experience as a centre manager/director in childcare, at least three years in the role.
- Experience setting up a brand new service
- Right to Work in Australia without restriction
- $100,000 - 130,000 plus super (Depending on qualifications and experience)
