About the Role:
- Develop and deliver training programs tailored to consultants at different stages of their careers
- Mentor and support individuals to reach professional and clinical milestones
- Track training outcomes, analyse service data, and continuously evolve L&D strategies
- Collaborate with internal experts to enhance learning content and resources
- Take ownership of all learning activities across the business, managing priorities and performance
- Drive initiatives that boost efficiency, confidence, and long-term consultant retention
- Support key decision-makers by contributing to strategic planning and team development
- Review and align learning programs with the organisation’s goals, values, and client focus
- Cultivate a strong service culture through best practice and proactive coaching

What you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counsellor
- Full AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Passionate about quality, growth, and mentoring
- Confident leader with strong people skills
- Skilled in designing and delivering training
