Founded in WA in 2018, we have experienced phenomenal growth , expanding to a team of 150+ staff and contractors across WA, QLD, NSW, SA, VIC, and ACT. And what's most exciting, is that we're only getting started! We're now searching for an experienced and professional Customer Experience Advisor to join our growing post-installation team.
About the role…
As a Senior Customer Experience Advisor working in a small team who values collaboration, you will closely support the Filters Manager and team members to assist in building and maintaining a high-performance team .
In this hands-on and varied position , your responsibilities will include monitoring customer feedback to support innovation and improvements in product offerings and operational platforms.
You will:
- Assist in overseeing daily operations, including providing high level administration support, and maintaining data integrity across a range of platforms and systems.
- Mentoring filters team members, playing a key role in guiding the team towards providing the best possible customer experience.
- Support in call-auditing and quality assurance to optimise calls, ensuring adherence to standards, compliance, and exceptional customer experience.
- Support the implementation of training programs and SOP's to enhance skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with other CHF departments to achieve company goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Handle complex customer inquiries , identifying and assessing customers' needs, and achieving resolutions efficiently.

What are we looking for?
- Demonstrated experience in a team leader / mentor / senior team member capacity.
- A go-getter who is happy to roll their sleeves up and lead by example.
- A customer-centric mindset and approach.
- High-level administration experience with the ability to learn new software with ease.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Impeccable organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with structure and performance targets.
- Previous call centre experience will be highly advantageous.
