THE OPPORTUNITY:
Our client is looking for an experienced Territory Manager to drive sales and business growth across the Gold Coast & Northern NSW region. In this role, you will:
Represent a portfolio of innovative surgical solutions across various specialty areas in surgeryDevelop and maintain relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, theatre teams, procurement professionals, and hospital executives to support sales growthWork closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategic sales initiatives and achieve business objectivesProvide clinical education and support to healthcare professionals, ensuring best practices in product usage
ABOUT YOU:
Proven success in hospital-based sales, ideally within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare solutionsConfidence in engaging surgical teams within the operating theatre environmentStrong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and a results-driven mindsetBackground in Medical Science, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related field (preferred but not essential)Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high-performing team
