About the role
As our Project Support Officer, you will:
Support the Regional Directorate to manage Ministerial, senior management and client engagement and visitation
Assist in the coordination and preparation of high-level correspondence, including the use of eDocs and MECS support systems
Maintain effective and professional communication and engagement with senior management, staff and a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders
Provide administrative, financial and human resource support to the Regional Director, Regional Managers, Project Leaders and staff, in accordance with Departmental guidelines and protocols
Maintain skills and assist staff utilising various software packages including MECS, eDocs, Microsoft Office, and other Departmental decision support tools
Manage own work flow efficiently, negotiating priorities and timeframes
Provide courteous, efficient and timely customer service (internal and external,) while working as an effective team member, and supporting a positive culture.

Experience in the following departmental systems - Edocs, MECS, ExpenseMe Pro, PARIS, CTM
