About the Role
A great opportunity exists for a reliable and enthusiastic individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude to join our Traralgon team as an Administrator. This role is pivotal to the team to ensure seamless customer service delivery to our clients. You will work directly with field supervisors, technicians, customers and subcontractors to coordinate our client and business needs.
Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:-

Developing and fostering close business relationships with all stakeholders

Acting as the conduit between field-based staff and external clients
-
Developing a sound knowledge and understanding of company processes to ensure clear and concise information is conveyed to clients

Receiving, raising and following-up on service calls
-
Preparing documentation, service docket pricing, purchase orders and reports
-
Maintaining accurate record management into the Sales/Pronto CRM system
-
Providing quotations and company standardised pricing, when required
-
Following up calls to clients to resolve outstanding issues
Previous experience working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including business customers is a must. You will be technologically savvy, open to working with new systems/technology whilst demonstrating a history of meeting customer requirements in a fast-paced environment.
