But did you know we have 23 divisions, 135 sites nationally, employ nearly 3000 people and operate a fleet of over 2300!
We do more than collect the bin from your street, we also convert waste into clean energy, divert food waste from landfill and convert to compost, manufacture customised waste management equipment, asbestos removal, refine and recycle oil, manage and maintain our fleet inhouse and have our own bespoke technology systems.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a JJ’s Workshop Administrator , you will support our depot operations throughout Adelaide from our Wingfield depot.
You will have the ability to learn quickly and demonstrate a willingness to undertake any task at hand. Have excellent problem solving and time management, plus demonstrate high level customer service skills.
We are an essential services industry, offering stability to our employees and reliability to our customers.
This position is a permanent, full-time role. Monday to Friday
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Entry
-
Monitor stock levels
-
Plan and schedule work in order to comply with required timeframes
-
Assist with workshop administration on a day-to-day basis
-
General administrative duties
-
Answering internal and external enquiries
-
Liaising with mechanics and suppliers
-
Support depot/workshop activities (no heavy lifting)
-
Complete other tasks as required
ABOUT YOU
-
Confident working in a blue-collar environment
-
Well-developed people skills with solid time management
-
Ability to perform under pressure and to deadlines
-
Must hold a current Drivers Licence
-
Excellent administrative skills
-
Motivated with initiative to solving problems
-
Have high attention to detail and consistent delivery
-
Excellent customer service skills
-
Able to learn new skills quickly and effectively.
-
Able to drive a forklift (preferred, not essential)
-
Experience in transport, logistics or service industry - highly regarded
