The Role
Seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to support a growing business within infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Manage key emails, records, inventory, and vendor relations
- Handle HR processes, onboarding, and apprenticeship signups
- Process payroll, superannuation, PAYG, and payroll tax in Xero
- Support finance with accounts payable, reconciliations, and reporting
- Improve systems, workflows, and best practices
- Manage supplier, contractor, and asset records
- Lead and support office staff, fostering a positive team culture
The Candidate
- Proven Office Manager experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and initiative
- Innovative mindset with a focus on efficiency
- HR expertise, including onboarding, payroll & employment law
- Proficient in IT systems and business software
- Experience with accounts payable and payroll
- Ability to triage and prioritise tasks effectively
