About the RoleWe are on the lookout for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join the team and work with our venue manager to push the standards of our restaurant, who has the confidence to operate in a high-volume, high-end environment. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant operations leading a dedicated Front of House team in offering exceptional customer service, all while optimising revenue streams.
Key Duties

Management of restaurant operations inclusive of hosting, waiting tables, wine service, managing opening & closing procedures etc.

Effective management of the Front of House team, ensuring consistent and high-quality service

Leadership, and development of Front of House staff

Foster effective communication between kitchen teams and Front of House staff

Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years as a Restaurant Supervisor or an equivalent role

Education : RSA certificate. Wine knowledge a big plus

Personality Traits : Ambitious, a real people person, excellent communicator
