We are looking for a Civil Engineer – Dams and Tailings to join our team in Perth.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Maintaining and enhancing existing internal and external client relationships.
- Delivering services to meet client requirements and expectations.
- Providing specialised technical services to internal and external clients on a diverse range of projects, covering both design and construction phases.
- Consulting and coordinating across multidisciplinary projects during design and construction.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and guidelines through all stages of project delivery.
- Liaising with the Business Group Leader, Team Leader, Technical Directors, and Senior Professionals to contribute strategically and centrally to all project development activities (networking, marketing, proposals, etc.).
- Providing support in preparing bids for the Business Group.
- Demonstrating strong technical knowledge within the group/team and produce quality project outcomes.
- Assisting in managing risks and opportunities within the team.
- Fostering a culture of quality and precision among junior team members by mentoring, sharing knowledge, upskilling, enforcing client standards, and driving continuous improvement in deliverables.
What you will bring to the team:
- A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in civil or geotechnical engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience relevant to dams or tailings projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using software including GeoStudio, Muk3D and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong abilities to maintain, develop, and enhance both internal and external client relationships.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines and ensure high-quality work.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong cooperation skills, with the ability to work well with other staff and provide effective coaching.
