As our manager Digital Commercial Services, you’ll take the lead in uplifting the performance of our Digital Division by shaping operational excellence across risk, resilience, audit, vendor engagement, and commercial assurance. Your ability to translate insight into action will play a key role in driving our long-term digital strategy.

Your opportunity
As our Manager Digital Commercial Services, your leadership, strategic insight, and technical oversight will be essential in enabling our digital leaders to thrive. You’ll oversee a multidisciplinary team, champion commercial standards, and ensure the right capabilities are in place to support risk and resilience across our digital portfolio.
You’ll partner closely with senior leaders across the Digital Division, providing clarity, coaching, and continuity to uplift how we forecast, audit and deliver against our goals. Your ability to influence others and communicate complex financial and commercial concepts will help you succeed in a matrixed and highly collaborative environment.

- Lead and coach a high-performing team of professionals
- Oversee commercial, risk, audit and assurance functions
- Manage and support vendor and supplier relationships
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Uplift financial acumen throughout the Digital Division

What you’ll bring
You’ll have a degree in commerce, accounting, business (or related discipline), and demonstrated leadership in digital commercial environments. Your experience in managing risk, audit, supplier performance and budgeting will be paired with a strong understanding of how to foster culture and drive continuous improvement.
We’d also love you to bring:
- CA or CPA qualification (desirable)
- Success in managing complex, matrixed environments
- Expertise in vendor and stakeholder negotiation
- A strategic mindset and ability to influence at senior levels
- Experience supporting business continuity and assurance practices.
