Description:

Exciting opportunity to join a premier provider of accident, health and workers compensation claims management services. They are a well-established business with operations across Australia. Currently looking for an experienced Case Manager to join their growing team as they continue to grow their Sydney office.

What is the role?
  • End-to-end claims management and acting as the primary point of contact;
  • Collaborate with injured workers and health professionals;
  • Identify issues and trends in the portfolio and take appropriate action;
  • Ensure claims guidelines and legislation are adhered to;
  • Provide expert advice to all key stakeholders and manage recoveries; and
  • Maintain regular and appropriate contact with all parties to determine progress.
What are we looking for?
  • A minimum of 2 years case management experience within the injury and accident claims space;
  • Initiative and ability to work independently and cohesively within a team environment;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence; and
  • Someone who is passionate about their work and making a positive impact.
