Proposals Coordinator
We are looking for a Proposals Coordinator to join the Georgiou team. This role will see you responsible for the coordination and presentation / preparation of high-quality submissions and presentations. Although the preference is someone with 3 years expereince in the role, this is an exciting opportunity for someone that is keen to get into a Proposals coordinator role but may not have experience in the role. Georgiou will provide hands on training to help you grow your career in proposals.

What you'll do (but not limited to):
*Coordination of EOI and Tender documents and neat presentation of our submissions.
*Maintain professional and courteous communication and timely responsiveness with internal and external customers
*Ensure all proposals are formatted and comply with company brand guidelines and customer requirements
*Liaising with other team members to ensure all bids are submitted on time and fully compliant with the requirements
*Please note this role is a non-technical data role in that position would just have to format/collate management plans/methodologies, not actually write them.

*Excellent communication, time management, multitasking and organisational skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Responsible for the effective and accurate coordination of tender submissions
*Manage multiple submissions
*Ability to meet deadlines, work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks at the same time
*Excellent communication (written and verbal) and diplomacy skills.
*Process oriented, dependable and a committed team player
*Hands on training will be provided for the right candidate - just need a can-do positive attitude and good work ethic and be open to constructive feedback.
*Intermediate Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
*Canva, PhotoShop, Adobe Indesign advantageous but not necessary, the right person will be trained up.
