You will provide, develop and maintain an efficient, effective, and confidential administrative and correspondence support to the Queensland Cancer Lead and Cancer Care Team, by managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure accurate, timely and relevant information is provided.

What you'll do
• Using discretion, autonomously examine, redirect, and respond to incoming correspondence (including papers and reports); and where appropriate prepare replies for consideration (within defined boundaries).
• Liaise, negotiate, and consult with the senior management and officers across the units, branch, and division, to ensure correspondence is completed in a timely manner maintaining effective relationships with team members, and internal and external clients and stakeholders.
• Proofread and edit outgoing correspondence to ensure accurate, timely and relevant information is provided.
• Autonomously assign, track, monitor and report on all incoming and outgoing correspondence; including preparing replies for consideration (within defined boundaries) and determine the coordination of actions and priorities.

About you
We are searching for someone who has:

• Demonstrated high standard and experience of administrative support skills including administrative processes and reporting requirements, and information systems relevant to the business.
• Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and work cooperatively, effectively, and collaboratively within a team environment; to
• Demonstrated ability to deliver work of a high quality, validity, and accuracy in a timely way.
