The Opportunity:
This position will play a lead role in the planning and implementation of communication and engagement strategies for the Victorian Health Building Authority's priority projects. This includes issues and media management, facilitation of community and stakeholder engagement, celebration of project milestones, and content development.
- Contribute to targeted community and stakeholder engagement, media issues and management, event management, and content development
- Lead the planning and delivery of stakeholder and community engagement activities, including information and consultation sessions, surveys, and facilitated workshops.
We are looking for:
- Demonstrated knowledge of communications and stakeholder engagement experience in project delivery to produce plans where objectives are clearly defined and actions for achieving them are clearly specified
- Prepares and edits communications using clear, concise and grammatically correct language; ensures written communications contain necessary information to achieve their purpose and meet audience needs
- Identifies and responds to stakeholder's underling needs and builds mutually beneficial partnerships
- Establishes and maintains relationships with people at all levels; promotes harmony and consensus through diplomatic handling of disagreements
