Located in Nowra NSW 2541 we are currently seeking a full-time receptionist/office all rounder to attend to general office/reception duties and provide assistance and support to our clients and our legal team.You will need to be a highly organised, confident and out-going person who is able to coordinate and prioritise your tasks and be willing to assist wherever necessary in the office.
Office And Reception Duties Include
- Reception and answering calls;
- Basic file management;
- Kitchen management and office presentation;
- Mail collection and distribution; and
- General file work.
- Assisting lawyers and paralegals wherever necessary;
- Word processing;
- General administrative tasks;
- Filing, photocopying and scanning; and
- Diary and file management, including opening and archiving of files.
- Excellent presentation;
- Organisational skills;
- Pleasant and professional outlook;
- Enthusiasm and honesty;
- Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner;
- Knowledge of MS Word and Outlook; and
- A sense of humor.
