About the Role

This is a rare opportunity for a people data specialist to join a business improvement team who are embedded within the People and Culture team. As part of this passionate group, who work closely with the broader function to understand workforce data problems, you can make a difference through the design and delivery of meaningful metrics and insights.

Your day to day will include:

Taking the lead in researching and then the delivery of people/workforce metrics, including testing, validation and continuous improvements. Supporting the P&C Process Improvement Specialists to embed a culture of continuous improvement to enable best practice within People and Culture The facilitation of discovery workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to define requirements The production and presentation of clear, concise, and engaging communication to stakeholders

About You

Extracting and analysing information from the HRIS is in your DNA. As a data driven individual, who enjoys working in a collaborative environment within the people data space, your ability to define and develop HR metrics and monitoring tools for measuring key milestones in the employee lifecycle will see you succeed in this role.

With strong computer literacy, you are a gun at analysing and interpreting people and HR data, along with the preparation of reporting and providing insights to support decision making. Your enthusiasm for metrics and continuous improvement is matched by your analytical skills, and you are motivated by the desire to find effective solutions for a variety of stakeholders.

It is expected that the successful candidate will hold Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent, or minimum 5 years experience in related role.
