Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager NSW/ACT, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our team continues to offer a professional and friendly quality service.
Your Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To
- Reception duties, meet and greet all visitors to our Sydney CBD office
- Answering and/or directing phone calls
- Coordination and preparation of medical files
- Providing information and advice to clients or prospective clients
- General administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and scheduling
- Mail distribution and dispatch
- Managing the day to day preparation of consulting suites
- Administration support to Medical Consultants
Qualifications
To be successful for this role you will have:
- Experience working in a similar position or in a medical/insurance related practice (desirable)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- A warm personal approach which is positive, empathetic, helpful and able to work within a confidential environment
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, while maintaining flexibility
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
