Description:
As the P&C Coordinator, you'll be working alongside the GM and HR Advisor to help support HR initiatives, coordinate employee programs, and ensure the workforce feel valued and empowered.
Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training processes -
Supporting employee engagement activities and wellbeing initiatives -
Managing HR administration and maintaining accurate records -
Helping to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies -
Providing general HR support to employees and managers - HR inbox management
Requirements:

✔ Experience in a HR admin position
✔ Some knowledge of employment regulations and best practices
