Medical Receptionist – Full Time and Part Time Positions available
We are a busy Gold Coast based Paediatric Specialty Clinic and require a motivated, organised team orientated person to join our reception team.
We are looking for an Experienced Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic and passionate administration team. Your skill-set must include excellent phone manner, administration prowess and attention to detail. You must also have a kind nature, a welcoming manner, thrive in a busy and dynamic workplace, enjoy the company of children and be empathetic towards their family.
Key Duties:
- To support our existing administration team.
- Efficiently work at reception managing incoming calls and learn and embrace the integrated processes that support workflow
- Management of incoming patient data and patient information.
- Communicate with patients and their families/carers in a professional, compassionate & friendly manner.
Remuneration is based on Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020.
