The Opportunity
We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our high performing Rail & Technology Systems team in Rivervale. Reporting into the Construction Manager, this role plays a vital part in the day-to-day success of an exciting project in the rail sector.
Key responsibilities include.
- Provide administrative support to the project team.
- Support in booking and tracking online inductions across the project.
- Booking flights and accommodation for project team members.
- Document control – support the team in administering document transmittals to clients and contractors.
- Support in maintaining corporate card and expense records.
- SAP input and maintenance of purchase orders, including goods receipt, journals and queries.
- Reconcile data from accounts department with office records.
- Maintain systems and procedures for contractual requirements
Requirements to be successful.
- Previous experience in a site / project administration role
- Experience with invoicing, purchase orders and travel / accommodation bookings
- A decent grasp of the Microsoft package
- Experience using SAP, Concur and Sharepoint (desirable)
- A “can do” attitude and willingness to contribute to our inclusive office culture.
