Client Details
Our client, is a global automotive motor vehicle brand. Seeking an immediately available contractor to support their administration across three departments within their head office, Truganina, Melbourne.
Please note: This position will require an individual immediately available to post Eatser break. Phone screen interviews will occur between 22nd/ 23rd & 24th April.

Role: Administrator
Industry client: Automotive
Location : Truganina
Contract length: 2 month - ongoing rolling contract
Work arrangements: 5 days onsite / 1 day flexible may be an option over time
Hourly: $36ph + Super
Start date: Monday 28th April
Core duties:
- Providing admin support across numerous departments
- Occasional reception duties & assisting with facility management
- Supporting the Head of IT with system administration during system transition
- Assisting with compliance admin, facilities, and invoice management
- Transferring policies and procedures from the old IT system to the new system
- Collaborating with three directors to review and refine system updates

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
