- Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per annum plus Super

Transcoat Engineering & Construction is a Western Australian-based company specialising in industrial services, including sandblasting, spray painting, powdercoating, and structural steel fabrication. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all documentation and administrative tasks related to the receipt, processing and fulfilment of client orders.

  • Ensure project records are accurate, up-to-date and in line with company policies and procedures.

  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and coordinate internal responses related to orders, schedules and updates.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare accurate quotes, tenders and submission that align with project requirements.

  • Liaise between clients, workshop staff and management throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth communication and execution.

  • Identify and report operational issues, escalate when needed and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Monitor compliance with internal policies including WHS, quality and information management standards.

  • Support HR-related functions such as onboarding apprentices, maintaining employee records and assisting with payroll coordination.

  • Assist senior management with administrative tasks, reporting and coordinating internal meetings to support overall efficiency.

  • Utilise project management tools (e.g., Asan) to track progress, assign tasks and manage timelines.

  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • - Experience using project scheduling or task management tools (e.g., Asana)

  • - Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment

Experience and Qualifications

A degree in project management, business administration, or a related field is preferred; alternatively, a minimum of 3 years experience in a project coordination or administrative role within a trade, engineering or industrial services environment.
