Key Responsibilities

Manage all documentation and administrative tasks related to the receipt, processing and fulfilment of client orders.

Ensure project records are accurate, up-to-date and in line with company policies and procedures.

Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and coordinate internal responses related to orders, schedules and updates.

Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare accurate quotes, tenders and submission that align with project requirements.

Liaise between clients, workshop staff and management throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth communication and execution.

Identify and report operational issues, escalate when needed and provide recommendations for improvement.

Monitor compliance with internal policies including WHS, quality and information management standards.

Support HR-related functions such as onboarding apprentices, maintaining employee records and assisting with payroll coordination.

Assist senior management with administrative tasks, reporting and coordinating internal meetings to support overall efficiency.

Utilise project management tools (e.g., Asan) to track progress, assign tasks and manage timelines.

Experience and Qualifications
A degree in project management, business administration, or a related field is preferred; alternatively, a minimum of 3 years experience in a project coordination or administrative role within a trade, engineering or industrial services environment.
