We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our senior leadership team. This is a full-time role based in Darwin, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.

As HR Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping our people strategy and supporting a high-performing, values-driven workplace. You’ll be hands-on and influential across all HR functions.
Key responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.

Ensuring compliance with Australian employment laws and regulations.

Managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.

Providing advice to managers on performance management and employee relations.

Supporting payroll administration (experience with UNIPAY highly regarded).

Driving internal training and overseeing the Learning Management System (World Manager experience a bonus).

Championing diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a HR Manager or in a senior HR role.

Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation.

Experience with payroll (UNIPAY experience highly desirable).

High emotional intelligence with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strategic mindset with a hands-on, solution-focused approach.

Confidence to contribute as part of a senior leadership team.
