Your Role
As a key member of the senior management team reporting directly to the CEO, you will:

Guide the Human Resources team to deliver high-quality services
-
Provide expert advice to management on industrial relations, performance management, and compliance with legislation and awards.

Lead the delivery of annual targets from the Council's Regional Plan and other strategic plans while contributing to workforce planning.

Develop HR policies and procedures aligned with business needs
-
Implement systems to enhance productivity and support training initiatives across all business areas.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
-
Proven HR leadership experience and tertiary qualifications.

Expertise in HR policies, industrial relations (IR), and occupational health & safety (OHS).

An appreciation for Indigenous culture and experience working in remote communities.
