The Role: Our Cryoserve team in Beenleigh is looking for an Office Administrator who is a self-motivated and customer focused team player to help us in achieving out goals!

The position is permanent part-time (Monday - Friday), 4-5 hours a day. Suited for an individual who would like to work during school hours, ideally 9:00am - 2:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting and supporting the Operations team
  • Keeping the Operations Admin Coordinator informed of the progress of enquiries and tasks
  • Correctly scheduling and organising daily runs including providing sufficient information for each delivery accordingly such as accurate times, customer contacts and addresses
  • Maintaining the Operations board
  • Receiving and processing incoming phone enquiries
  • Responding to emails and distributing accordingly
  • New customer enquiries and sales
  • Follow up and maintain customer accounts - ensuring records and accounts are up to date
  • Data entry using systems such as Navision and Microsoft Excel
  • Generating and assisting with invoices
  • Assist in stock management and inventory control
  • General office duties
  • Maintenance of a clean and tidy work environment
  • Stationery orders

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to manage tasks with an organised approach
  • Strong literacy skills both on paper and on the phone
  • Excellent communication skills with positive and mature attitude
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Open, approachable, friendly, and helpful personality
  • Great customer service skills
  • Ability to adhere to current protocols as well as be adaptable to new protocols
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office and other computer applications - Experience with Navision Dynamics would be preferable, but not essential
  • Ability to problem solve and think critically
