What you'll do
- Manage the systems support function (Tier2) within the HR branch, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of systems support services, reporting, and governance frameworks.
- Establish means to promote efficiencies within existing HR systems to ensure training completion data accuracy.
- Actively participate in the identification of operational system-related risks and issues.
- Participate in skills transfer activities to successfully transition Command & Control Centre to new systems.
About you
- Demonstrated ability to maintain application support processes, check requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures. Use application management software and tools to investigate issues, and customer's needs while establishing and maintaining professional relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to monitor service delivery and collect performance data. Assist with the specification, development, research and evaluation of service standards, and apply these standards to resolve or escalate issues.
- Proven ability in monitoring and reporting on supplier performance, customer satisfaction. Engage proactively and collaboratively with suppliers to resolve incidents, problems, or unsatisfactory performance.
- Demonstrated ability to implement governance frameworks and can determine the requirements for appropriate governance reflecting the organisation's values, ethics and wider governance frameworks.
