  • Position is based at the Liverpool Campus

The Student Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the acquisition of prospective students to the University of Wollongong, Liverpool Campus with a focus on both the Non-School Leaver and Postgraduate cohorts.

This position will be required to provide guidance and support to prospective students across every stage of their decision-making process. They will be asked to develop and operationalise a yearly student acquisition and engagement plan to provide best practice support and engagement to prospective students and their influencers.

This position is responsible for cultivating relationships and recruitment channels with targeted organisations such as UOW College, TAFE NSW (RTO’s) and other corporate contacts, identifying and addressing internal opportunities for prospective students by building effective and mutually beneficial relationships.

Supported by data, the position will make Non-School Leaver and Postgraduate acquisition and engagement decisions based on market trends; perceptions of UOW and its products; and preferred modes of communication.
