We are seeking an inquisitive and solutions-focused individual to support our systems and analytics operations within the Recruitment, Workforce Systems and Experience team and deliver outcomes that benefit the organisation and our wider community.

This role will embrace a full range of people system activities including data analytics, workflows, quality control and enhancements. You will provide superb customer service and in return will build strong relationships with many internal stakeholders. You will impress the business with your detail-orientated mindset and create reports with valuable insights into our workforce data.

Reporting to the People Systems Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting system administration and reporting within the People, Culture and Safety Department and across the entire organisation.

What you might do

  • Provide first-level support for all People System enquiries (via email and in person).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes to meet the needs of the organisation.
  • Complete thorough testing following system and configuration updates to ensure performance of critical processes (e.g., workflows, interfaces and report extracts).
  • Support, improve and deliver People, Culture and Safety processes, data collection and collation, reporting mechanisms, effective administration, communication, services and process improvements.
  • Complete scheduled and ad-hoc reporting requests across the People, Culture and Safety functions.

Who we are looking for

  • A passionate thinker capable of interpreting data, investigating thoroughly, and finding creative solutions
  • Experience working as a HCM/HRIS Systems Administrator / Officer or similar role, in a diverse environment.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office suite, Aurion (preferred), or an alternative Human Capital Management system.
  • Demonstrated experience collating and manipulating data and content for a range of People, Culture and Safety units (e.g., Workforce Management, Human Resources and Organisational Development).
