Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Salary: $55,000 – $75,088 per year + Super
Job Responsibilities:
• Developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating human resource strategies, policies, and plans to align with the organisation’s short-term and long-term goals.
• Responsible for effective full-cycle recruitment and selection process, as well as induction, training, and staff development initiatives
• Designing occupational health and safety policies and programs
• Responsible for managing employee’s and team’s performance and productivity
• Monitoring, analysing, and reporting employment-related costs and assist the Managing Director in budgeting and decision-making process
• Overseeing the workers' compensation process
• Responsible for all HR policies and procedures and compliance with current employment laws and best practice
• Undertake other duties as directed by the Managing Director
Preferred Criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
• Have at least 5 years work experience in a similar role
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Teams, and Outlook
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to facilitate training programs
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Proven ability to manage recruitment, performance management, employee relations, workers' compensation, and payroll effectively
