Your role as a Bay City Autos Administration Clerk, will give you variety in your day, a positive environment within a team dedicated to quality service and excellence. This is a full-time opportunity, located in the heart of Hervey Bay and an opportunity too good to pass up.
The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior computer skills including Excel and Accounting software
- Accounting experience, journals to trial balance
- High level attention to detail
- Ability to work to a deadline with minimal supervision
- Professional presentation
- Dealership experience an advantage including Warranty and Registration
Duties Include:
- Vehicle Registrations
- Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
- Banking
- Account Reconciliations
- Manufacturer Reporting
- Warranty Processing
- Warranty Reconciliations
