Description:
THE COMPANY
Shiploads is committed to employing people that are dedicated to what we call Shiploads’ mojo. Shipload’s purpose is to be Australia’s best bargain store and to do this we employ crew who live the mojo every day.
THE MOJO
At Shiploads, this is how we embark every day:
- we’re energetic
- we obsess over our customer
- we have fun
- we’re passionate
- we’re unique
- we keep it simple
- we’re genuine
THE ROLE
The Accounts & Payroll Administrator role is critical to us because, quite simply, without accurate weekly payroll and supplier invoice processing, we couldn’t pay our crew or suppliers... and a retail business without staff or stock isn’t much of a business.
THE PERSON
This role is just screaming out for a meticulous, detail-obsessed person who gains enormous satisfaction from their work being spot on – first time and every time.
The right person for this role will have significant payroll/accounts experience but doesn’t need to be an expert in retail yet – although they must love a bargain!
To fit in with our other exceptional store-support staff, this person must have a can do attitude and thrive in a fast-moving environment, while also being reliable and self motivated to meet strict time deadlines..
At Shiploads we look for unique, inspiring people who understand our mojo, show this in the way they work, and help evolve it.
